The
dashboard of the Escalate Analysis Center shows Key Performance
Indicators (KPIs) for sales and web traffic. It presents a snapshot
view of the website operations. It is updated each time the data
warehouse is updated.
The
Profiler is an interactive visual segmentation tool available with the
Analysis Center. Users can pick any of the pre-defined profiles (user
populations) and interactively explore sub-segments within the overall
population.
Users of Escalate Analysis Center can easily create their own data visualizations using an intuitive dialogue process.
