Advanced Visual Systems in Letter of Intent to Partner With and Acquire Stake in Social Media Advertising Technology
Advanced Visual Systems, Inc.
(http://www.avs.com) has entered into a letter of intent to partner with
and invest in VIP Fan Connect LLC (http://www.vipfanconnect.com),
developer of a new software
technology that connects advertisers with consumers through celebrities over social media networks
including Facebook and Twitter.
Under the planned partnership, VIP Fan Connect software will allow advertisers to target
highly specific audiences and automate the delivery and tracking of messages to fans of sports
figures, entertainers, musicians and consumer brands. AVS software will provide data visualization
to improve the analysis of social media advertising campaigns and optimize future performance based on
advanced analytics. The two firms will jointly develop the VIP Fan Connect product.
According to David Murray, CEO of Advanced Visual Systems, "VIP Fan Connect is an exciting
business concept that capitalizes on all of the market drivers that AVS has observed through
interactions with emerging players in the social media, digital marketing and campaign analytics
sectors over the past year. A strategic partnership and investment interest with VIP Fan Connect

twenty years of experience creating data visualization-based solutions for large corporations
and software vendors."
The transaction is subject to negotiation of a definitive agreement.
