ALG Software Selects Visual Analytics from AVS for Enterprise Performance Optimization Suite


OpenViz, a comprehensive data visualization software system from Advanced Visual Systems, has been selected by performance optimization innovator Armstrong Laing (ALG Software) to add visual analytics to its suite of Predictive Planning, Activity Analysis, Performance Management and Process Simulation applications.

ALG’s Enterprise Performance Optimization (EPO) suite empowers corporate decision makers to obtain a single view of their business and “slice and dice” reports from a multi-dimensional OLAP database that serves as the core of its EPO solution. OpenViz visual analytics will add innovative graphical reporting to the EPO suite and articulate output from EPO processes into highly interactive charts and data visualizations.

OpenViz “scenes” simplify reporting of all types of corporate information by enabling application developers to customize a vast range of business intelligence charts and create single-click “drill paths” through complex data and workflows.
