David M. Murray,
President and CEO, began his career on Wall Street as an investment banker. Over a ten year career he
became a managing partner at a leading Wall Street firm, supervising its retail, investment banking,
and private placement divisions and was responsible for initial public offerings, mergers and
acquisitions. He joined AVS in June 2001 as a management consultant, was appointed President,
Principal Executive Officer, and a member of the Board of Directors in May 2003, and became
CEO in July 2003.
Steve Sukman,
Executive Vice President, joined AVS in November 2000 as Senior Vice President and served as the
company's CEO from March 2000 until July 2003. He formerly served as the Sr. Vice President and
CEO of another data visualization software company and was the managing partner of a consulting
practice that advised technology firms with complex products in emerging and specialized markets
on strategy and positioning.
Anoop Chatterjee,
Chief Technology Officer, joined AVS in 1998 and has held senior engineering, technical and
product management positions at the company since 2005. He currently leads the development,
management and production of all AVS software, working closely with many of AVS’ global accounts
and international sales force. He is responsible for managing strategic technical partnerships
and AVS’s long-term product roadmap. Anoop holds a BS in Biomedical Engineering and Pre-Medicine
from Boston University.
Syed M. Ali,
Vice President of Services, joined AVS in 1997. He has held various technical management positions
at the company and currently oversees customer service operations. Syed holds an Honors degree in
Computer Science from the University of Edinburgh with a focus on data visualization, and undertook
graduate studies in Computer Science at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
Brian Selle,
Vice President of Professional Services, joined AVS in 1997 as a senior professional services
engineer and has been a lead consultant on some of the company’s most significant enterprise
engagements. He currently leads AVS' international team of consultants. Before joining AVS he
worked at CMS developing radiation treatment planning software and at McDonnell Douglas in the
field of aerodynamics. Brian received a BS degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University
of Missouri-Rolla.
